OpenVAS: Two issues with reports: format not found

I get this issue when trying to view a report in the web GUI, either from
the Task tab or the Hosts tab. Reports work correctly in the desktop client.

Operation:Get Report
Status code:404
Status message:Failed to find report format
'a994b278-1f62-11e1-96ac-406186ea4fc5'

In the global_report_format directory, there are 8 report formats listed,
matching the 8 I see in the GUI. None of them have this label.

This is using 3.0+beta8, which is the version installed by the default
instructions for amd64 hosts.

In addition various things cause another issue to appear. I'm not certain
it's related to reports:

Internal error: get_report:8632

An internal error occurred while getting a report. The report could not be
delivered. Diagnostics: Failure to receive response from manager daemon.

Internal error: get_trash:13235

An internal error occurred while getting report format list. The current
list of report formats is not available. Diagnostics: Failure to receive
response from manager daemon.
