feature that automatically fills in form values for you,

My IE 5.50.4134.0600 does not have an IntelliForms key
in the registry.

I do use form fill in (for regular and password fields).

The only place I know of that would contain the settings
would be in user.dat, but they appear to be encoded (at
least they are not present in plain text).
