[PEN-TEST] bdir.htr NT 4.0 question
From: cdowns <cdowns () SKILLSOFT COM>
Date: Thu, 12 Oct 2000 15:01:03 -0400

hello i am new to this list and have been reading the archives for a few

weeks now and decided to join it.

i have a question pertaining information about bdir.htr, as i am
performing a security audit for the company i work for i have found
several cgi based security holes ( among other goodies ).
what im trying to figure out, as for everything ive read i should just
be able to dump this file in the c:\InetPub\scripts\iisadmin directory
but what i really want to know before doing so is what is the impact of
this .htr file and or should the permissiond be changed ? sorry im a
linux junky and NT is not really my click :)

thanks in advance.
