Penetration Testing: null.idq/ida exploit code for US?

Has anyone seen exploit code for this vulnerability against English versions of IIS5/4? Granted all the new worms are 
obviously using one of some sort, I have an audit coming up soon and was curious if anyone had a copy that works,
