Yes.  If you check the web site (http://www.isc2.org/cissp_reg_exam.html)
you will see testing dates outside the US in the coming months (Athens comes
to mind, and not Athens, Georgia).

Also from their home page:
On Monday, March 12, 2001 the Board of Directors of (ISC)² were on hand for
a ribbon cutting ceremony to open the first international office of the
organization in London, England.

Does anyone know if it's possible to get CISSP accreditation outside the
States/Canada?  I tried contacting isc2.org but had no response.

penetration tester".  Pity the SANS site has a lot of course information
that's out of date (i.e. special offers that ended months ago).
