You could use PWDUMP3 and execute it from a batch file (VBScript or Perl)
that will read the name (or IP address) of the system(s) from a text file.

Subject: Automating Dumping of Passwords From NT Registry
L0phtcrack allows a user to dump passwords from the
registry of a remote NT computer assuming that it is
possible (permissions, etc.), however it only allows
you to do one system at a time.
Is there an app or script out there that will automate
this process across a wide IP address base (like a
scanner)? Or would do so in a multi-threaded manner?
Just curious what is out there, or if anyone knows if
anything exists to make this more efficient (that is
in the public domain).
