It's the Business Owners Package Policy from The Hartford Insurance
Company. Annual premium is $350. The coverages for my solely-owned 
"S" corporation are:

Commercial general liability
        General aggregate:              $4,000,000
        Products-Comp/Op Agg:           $4,000,000
        Personal & Adv Injury:          $2,000,000
        Each occurrence:                $2,000,000
        Fire damage (any one fire):     $  200,000
        Medical Exp. (any one person):  $   10,000

Automobile Liability
        Hired Autos & Non-owned autos
         (combined single limit)        $2,000,000

Wow, I'd never heard of such cheap coverage. Is there a specific
name or "model number" for this policy? Care to share your agent's
