Penetration Testing: Network Audit Pricing

Due to the changing economy, pricing on network audits has been changing 
drastically.  I am trying come up with a new pricing matrix for pen-
tests, risk assements, and internal audits.  Does anyone have 
recommendations for what the current market will bear and what discount 
levels are appropriate for larger scale audits?
