A quick note of apology to list members. Recently I mis-handled and passed
an email to the list which contained derogatory comments towards another
list contributor. I've spoken with the parties involved but wanted to
"learnt my lesson real good" and apologize to the list at large as well. I
do not condone nor tolerate personal attacks or snide commentary. Feel free
to disagree with someone, just do it in a professional and reasoned manner.
To quote a recent message from the list owner, Al Huger, prior to his
handing moderation duties over to me:
"1. Be Polite - Seriously.
Recently (meaning today) some of the posts which have been sent in (although
not posted) have been fairly nasty. I have little or no respect for people
who bring their ugliness to this list. The Internet is awfully large so with
that in mind if you feel the need to put your limited character on display -
do it elsewhere."
