There's a very good paper about Hacking Bluetooth from Ezequiel Sallis, you
can download this paper from here

Its in Spanish, but its pretty simple to understand it, and explain all the
Bluetooth attacks, bluesnarfing, bluesmacking, Bloover, and so on.
