Local admins are SA’s by default on SQL 2000, so try opening up Enterprise Manager on the local machine. If that 
doesn’t work, though, you should have access to the database files. Generally there are two: the database (.mdf) and 
the transaction log (.ldf). You can copy those files to another machine with SQL 2000 and attach them using Enterprise 
Manager. You may need to stop the SQL service (MSSQLSERVER) to copy the files. I hope that helps.
