For the P2P software, you could use EMCO Remote Install Monitor (http://www.emco.is/remoteinstallmonitor/features.html)
whichs is used to scan all the software installed on each computer in a given domain. The only downside is that you
have to do the scans and manually check at the list manually also.

For the shared directories, you might want to look at ShareEnum from Sysinternals
(http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/ShareEnum.html). Its really quick, and will list all the shared folders on your
domain, including the permissions on each of them.

Question for the group:

Is there any good tools for checking machines for P2P (Peer to
Peer) software that has been installed on a machine? And since
Legion is not working so well on XP and 2000 machine is there
anything to check for Shared directories on machines in a GUI
style? Something quick an easy.
