Hello,
First agreed to everything. Set up a contractual agreement in the form of a deed (signed and sealed contract).

List all the terms. List all the limits. List all the warranty conditions - ie you may brewak things. Sign disclosures
and stick to them.

If you have to chenge the scope. Have all the changes agreed and signed - in writing (which includes digitally signed
email).

Next, do not make any mistakes. The agreement ONLY covers the parties involved and only covers the site that is
expressly agreed. If there are 2 oragnisations sharing the same network - you better find this out in advance or you
are liable to the other party for any damage.

Regards,
Craig
