Penetration Testing: Database for scan results

Im trying to figure a way to keep track of all scans via a DB,
personally I dont care if its MySQL, MSSQL, MS Access, whatever.

I have found a good start, Nessus-PHP.

I know i can use crystal reports with mysql to create custom reports.

No idea how to manage these MBSA reports.

Just wanting to see what others are doing to keep everything tracked,
and manageable.
