Nice (albeit old) tricks, but not very comprehensive. They are oriented
to client firewalls, however, so not what was asked for.

This program is a joke, and has been debated on almost every mailing
list and newsgroup under the sun, so let's leave it R.I.P.

Besides NOT doing anything related with the question, let me quote a
phrase from the website:

"pcInternet Patrol is the only system in the world that will protect you
even if a hacker is using a completely unknown malicious program that
exists in a single copy specifically designed to target you or your
business. [snip] pcInternet Patrol, is the first to use a web-based
white-list of authenticated executables offering a unique solution to
this problem. Its immense database allows the end-user to verify the
authenticity and safety of any executable file automatically and in
real-time."

I will not comment, because the kind of comment that I have in mind is
unfit for a public mailing list.
