ABC News' Nightline on Monday was devoted to the morphed child porn law and
challenges to it. David Horowitz was kind enough to find a link to the

The law, of course, is more complex than my description above suggests and
covers the creation, distribution and even the possession of far more than
just Photoshop-twiddled images. Background:

Speaking of news programs devoted to these issues, PBS's Frontline last
night covered hackers (both malicious and otherwise). During the portion of
the show devoted to terrorism, complete with footage of recent mideast bomb
attack on a U.S. Navy ship, DoD special agent Jim Christy warned that:
"anonymity is built into the process"
"you can do it remotely and... have the same effect"
