Declan,

I just did an interesting interview today with the founder of Cadence
Design Systems, Jim Solomon. Thats the company which several former Avant
executives, including CEO George Hsu are alleged to have swindled out of
source code in the early 1990's. The criminal trial just got underway
today in San Jose.

www.cnetradio.com has the interview archived under the 'Afternoon Show with
Tracy Romine' heading. It will be up thru tomorrow afternoon.

Solomon apparently felt very comfortable sharing his opinions on the case,
and why he is certain Hsu should 'go down'. Because has since moved on to
Xulu Entertainment, Cadence attornies haven't gagged Solomon.
