[Brian, will Verisign make the archives available temporarily via FTP, for
instance, so the contents won't be swept away forever? --Declan]

Subject: VeriSign closes discussion list
Hi Declan!
VeriSign has closed down the long-running 'domain-policy'
discussion list. Even the archives seem to be gone,
before anyone could save them.
http://lists.netsol.com/archives/domain-policy.html
Bret Faussett and Michael Froomkin have good comments
on this awkward way of closing a mailing list:
http://www.lextext.com/icann/index.html and
http://www.icannwatch.org/article.php?sid=173&mode=&order=0
Best regards,
/// Alexander
