See for yourself. ArkansasExtermination (which includes a naughty word 
in the domain name) is visible without SafeSearch:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=site%3AArkansasExtermination.com&btnG=Search

But when SafeSearch is turned on, it disappears:
