Just in time for today's New Hampshire primary, here's a candidate
scorecard. It rates members of Congress on how they voted on
technology-related legislation and awarded them a score of 0 to 100.

Joe Lieberman
37.50 of 100 possible points
John Kerry
50 of 100
John Edwards:
60 of 100

Dennis Kucinich
28.57 of 100
Obviously this is just a snapshot in time from a few years ago and doesn't
cover the candidates who aren't in Congress. It is also subjective: Other
voting scorecards prepared by information technology trade groups tend to
focus more on trade issues, which would help Lieberman's score, for
instance. But it may still be informative.
