It seems unfortunate that the UDRP process seems to use a proprietary 
format (Microsoft Word) when letting defendants/respondents know that a

I wonder if Faegre-Benson will be so brazen and disrespectful of the First 
Amendment to proclaim to the Court and the world that my taking of their 
attorney pictures and adding a critical/parody Hitler mustache and 
critical/parody Nazi-Hitler label will be an infringement of their 
Tradedress, Trademark, or Copyright?  I wonder too if the Court will be so 
stupid to agree with them?
