A guy named Jason Hendeles approached the Free Speech Coalition (the
trade association of the adult entertainment industry) last year to
support his own plan for a .xxx TLD; he even offered to cut us in with a
seat on the domain's governing board and a ($) piece of each
application. We rejected the idea, since it will *inevitably* lead to
ghettoization of not only hardcore sites, but everything currently in
question under the COPA case. Filters exist; let those worried about
porn use them!
