Snort: Snort 2.8.5.1 Now Available

Snort 2.8.5.1 is now available on snort.org, at
http://www.snort.org/downloads/

Snort 2.8.5.1 fixes a few issues identified with 2.8.5

- Fixed syslog output when running on Windows.

- Fixed potential issue when printing IPv6 packets using the -v option.

- Fixed issue when new configurations were added during
  a configuration reload.
