Is a nifty little utility that mimics some of the functionality of lsof.
You may find it useful. :-) Shows port connections.

Not on mine, at least not according to netstat. TCP or UDP? Do you
have Win98 SE? (I don't.) Is there perhaps some 3rd party application
that is running on all of your Win98 machines?
