Creating the NT Rootkit patch

As a programmer of meager talent at best I would find it very helpful, as
I'm sure others would, if someone could actually compile/put
together/make/etc.. the Phrack-55 NT RootKit Patch in a .exe form so that
the rest of us non-programmers could see how it works against our own
systems and maybe test it on ourselves. I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard for
a programmer.
