Vulnerability Development: Compaq Insight Manager /Proxy/LoginResponse DoS

Hello,

I know there are known issues with compaq insight manager, but is this one
known / patched ? playing around with CIM y noticed that after issuing a
plain request for /Proxy/LoginResponse the CIM stopped and couldn't be
reached any further.

first telnet xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 2301
then:

GET /Proxy/LoginResponse\r\n\r\n

(even without a valid http protocol version definition...)

Ah, I think this doesn't happen on windows NT.

Can anyone confirm this / tell me more about that ?
