A good tool for watching applications which want to
access the net under Windows is 'Zone Alarm' !

This tool can be configured to ask for permission for different applications
to access the net!

Very interesting to watch some applications trying to access the net,
without any reason..

Combined with a Sniffer, this would be very interesting....
