Vulnerability Development: Recent post & .asx file as attachment..

I posted a mail about the .asx file vulnerability.. earlier.. did
anyone recive it?

Trying to open it at:
http://www.securityfocus.com/templates/archive.pike?list=82&mid=147747

results in  "multipart message improperly terminated".  So did it succeed or
not?
Btw.. the example file seems to work on 75% of win2k's out there.. for some
reason
not all.. why? ideas? They all have the same setup win2k sp1.. could
ofcourse be
that Visual Studio etc.. updates msvcrt.dll aswell?
