This is only if you have OTA Provisioning turned on in the Nokia WAP server.
Nokia's WAP server is actually written in Java (it needs JDK 1.2.2), it also
runs on Solaris.

If OTA is on, you will have problem also on other platforms, not just NT.
The other thing is that the default port is 8888, however, nothing prevent
one from changing it to something else.
