OK, I think we've established that this problem is confirmed, and
on nearly all platforms, too.  If I get any more messages
with new platforms, I'll save them for a summary.  One
message seems to have narrowed the problem to the CSS file
MS uses with that page.

The obvious question is there anything there beyond a DoS?
