        Although a good message, it is not entirely applicable to this
era.  It was written under a different time under different
circumstances.  The people who took advantage of lax security frequently 
did so upon their own accord for the pursual of knowledge.  Be it to
resolve rather limited Internet access, or what..  Regardless, it had
little to do with showing all your friends the Geocities Web site you
defaced.

        The Internet has changed immensely.
