Except that clicktilluwin explicitly says on the page Jon cited:

"ClickTillUWin does not record the frequency of any URL visited by an
individual.  For privacy purposes, ClickTillUWin does not match up or
cross-reference such information to any type of identification program or
process except the individual identification assigned to each computer.  No
demographic information is ever provided by ClickTillUWin to any party"
