Crank callers and such won't go past that, they're rather the ones to say "HELLO #($*#($$#@" instantly whenever someone 
picksup the phone, or the ones waiting for a female to pick for their cold *sighs*, They will get away with what is 
already been done 

And besides asking more will involve privacy issues for the customer, there will be many who won't like the idea in the 
first place that their caller is been interrogated before talking to them.
