As mentioned, there are a bunch of tools that can do this. My exodus page
(http://home.intekom.co.za/rdawes/exodus.html) has a pretty good list, I
think.
Please note that Exodus is no longer being developed.
All my development efforts have been going into WebScarab
(http://www.owasp.org/development/webscarab) for the last 3 or 4 months.
Please give it a try. There is now a "professional-looking" installer and
some useful documentation for both end-users and prospective developers. It
also comes with source, and an ant build.xml file so that you can easily
modify the source and rebuild the app.
If you find any bugs, or make any code changes, please let me know, or send
me a patch.
