DARPA / funding sources for OWASP ?

Is there anyone on this list who can point OWASP to anyone that can help us
obtain gov or commercial sponsorship / funding to develop open source
software and documentation around web security ? I think we are at a stage
where we have some great ideas and some great people, but need to get some
serious funding to see those projects realize themselves in any reasonable
timeframe or in any reasonable quality.

If anyone can help navigate the process or introduce us to anyone that can
help, please drop me a mail off the list.
