Blocking/Screening any HTTP, HTTPS, FTP stream from intern to extern?

Dear all,

I'm looking exactly for an real time tool, proxy etc. ... where I can make a
screening & blocking of the transport of sensible material (program code for
example) going through the proxy outside to the internet.

Are they any tool for that? Thanks for the help!
