I think you are looking for something like Mini-Browser by Martin
Aignesberger (http://www.aignes.com). It displays you the FORMS and Cookies
that you can modify before POSTing it.

Also, HTML Source Code Explorer Bar 2.0
(http://www.vdberg.org/~richard/htmlbar.html) might come handy.

    I am looking for a plugin to internet explorer which allows you to 
modify hidden form fields 'on the fly'. I previously had a plugin which 
would stay at the bottom of your browser and you could modify any form 
fields and then simply hit submit.
