WebApp Sec: Information about Software quality in Web Apps

Hi list,

I'm looking for some papers, guides, or something that could let me know
what are the standars that are being used to develop good web apps.

I was searching the posts over 2004 in the list and find nothing so i
was wondering if the development of web apps has any recomendations such
as ISO-9000 or EFQM.

I hope being explicit.
