There is no way I would access anything private or personal
from an Internet Cafe. Besides the physical machine you're
on, what about the guy next to you running a sniffer, what
about the gateway box logging traffic, proxy server, etc and
the list goes on and on. Best Practices in my opinion would
be not to do it at all.
