I am sorry, but how is this a "knee slapper"?
 
Passing the CISSP does not mean having detailed knowledge of an MS course. They are separate and having one does not preclude or substitute for the other.

Here's a knee slapper.

Several months after I passed the CISSP exam I went over COMPUSA learning center to put my name in the hat as an Instructor to teach the security part of the Microsoft exam. Now I'm not nor have I ever been MS certified. I was told that because I didn't hold an MS certification that I couldn't teach the class.
