Well now, all are good answer. But, there is a all in one vulnerability scanning tool i.e. (vunerability). Rapid7, is 
the best tool for performing a vulnerability assessment. It will scan  data bases, web servers, platforms, network 
devices, operating systems, and applications etc.. Now with that being said, it will find the low hanging fruit. Rapid7 
purchased Metasploit Pentester frame-working tool. You can perform a pentest of all results from your Rapid7 scans. You 
can use the open source version or the paid version. If its for a company I suggest using the commercial brand.
