Nmap cant find Winpcap

I have a Window XP laptop and am running nmap-3.95 with winpcap 3.2 A1
and nmap keeps telling me that it cannot find winpcap.  I have unistall
winpcap and reinstalled and removed nmap and readded and everytime I get
the same error.  Warning nmap can not locate winpcap.  Any ideas what
else I can try?  Thanks
