Nmap Development: Is QSCAN forgotten?

Is QSCAN forgotten?

From: majek04 <majek04+nmap-dev_at_gmail.com>

I remember QSCAN proposal from Doug:
http://seclists.org/nmap-dev/2006/q3/0282.html

More details:
http://seclists.org/nmap-dev/2006/q3/att-0282/QSCAN

I really like the idea of such scan. Though Fyodor states that nmap
is not the place for timing scans:
http://insecure.org/nmap/osdetect/osdetect-other-methods.html#osdetect-rtt

So maybe NSE is place for QSCAN?
What do you think?
What we have to add to NSE to make Qscan possible as nse script?

Cheers!
Marek Majkowski
