Hi Ron,

Have you looked into winexe (http://eol.ovh.org/winexe/)? It is
essentially the Linux clone of  psexec for Windows, to execute remote
commands on Windows.

Not sure, but that source might contain some helpful pointers for what
you are trying to do.
