I use Trillian (www.trillian.cc) it does logging and also is compatible with
all the most popular IM systems (AIM, ICQ, Yahoo, etc.). Also, you can
encrypt conversations between Trillian users. The only downside to it that I
have found is it is only for Windows. :-(

Subject: Microsoft Exchange IM logging

Good day everyone.

Does anyone know if There is any functionality built into Exchange
IM for logging chat sessions? If not, is it possible to do this with
any third party software? We don't use it yet, but are considering
it. What are the thoughts out there about any other reputable IM software?

Best Regards.
Eric
