We use Webex, good sevice, from Mexico long trip, you can use encription (aditional cost), you can recieve reports of 
use, like we use for customer support some does not accept, we have reduce costs, improve our pesponse time.

Has anyone had any real success / failures with either of the following
products and if so why?
Control-F1-LIVE! Or Webex for remote support.
Looking to get some general feedback on exploits or positives with using
either product.
