I have been very satisfied with Ad-aware 6. Keep in mind, however, that between versions 5 and 6, they stopped issuing updated reference files for months and left their users totally unprotected. Things have been much better since then, but they've done it once already. It may happen again. Personally, I never really only on one trojan scanner. All my Ad-aware scans are backed up with PestPatrol and SpyBot S&D.
Hope this helps, Dave

The catch is that it is not free for business use. The professional version adds the ad-watch feature which continuously monitors for registry changes and spyware addition rather than just during the times when the scan is run. There may be better programs out there but, again, I've been very happy with Ad-aware. The author seems to make regular improvements and the search speed has increased dramatically since its earlier versions. Good luck with your search. Ive been looking at AdAware. Its free and seems to do the job. Im wondering what is the catch.? Has anyone done a review of antitrojan sofrware? Id like to know if there is a suitable/cheap/supported product that we can use to compliment sophos that will protect against malicious code, trojans, session hijacking and other web nasties.
