I agree with you. I saw a lot of excelente books for less than 100
dolars. And you have the internet(and google) with all these topics
covered a lot ...

For about twice the cost of the books you could take a good security course

read the books so these are just my personal comments.

I personally can not imagine books of this subject costing this much. I
can't see how they would be worth it. I may be wrong, and maybe they make
up for years of experience and knowledge from many countless other sources,
but that seems extremely high. Sorry if I wasted your time responding
mentioning his and not offering a review, since I've never read them, but
wow...how could this possibly cost that much for this common sense
information?!

Hello folks,

I would like to find out review of book by Net IQ, "Information Security
Policies Made Easy, Version 9" (ISBN Numbers: 1-881585-09-3). The retail
cost of the book is $795 (yikes). Net IQ also has another book
"Information
Security Roles & Responsibilities Made Easy V1" (ISBN Numbers:
1-881585-08-5). The retail cost of the book is $495 (another yikes).
Both
books can be found at:

p

I would like to find out some of your opinions on both of these books,
before making any decision on purchasing. How would you rate these books?
How is the information provided by these books?

Thanks,
