May I answer all replies on this one email, saves lots of emails: Justin Przby's email re voice recognition - don't have that installed unless it is part of win98se package? did a search for voice recognition and came back with "mvoiced.vwp", "mvoice.vwp", "Dpvoice.dll", "Xvoice.dll", 3xVoice.dll? Ken Morris - A/V i check every day once manually to see if there is an update - dropping broadband connection - yes, i do not have the same problem until about between 10minutes to about a few hours after i go online - have cleaned the mouse, - have not noticed files opening or closing nor progs starting up But - do have to keep putting in my password for my two yahoo accounts several times and for a few groups i am a member of - which i never had to before. I can understand making the mistake once but have to put in the password at least 3-4 times sometimes on yahoo and one of the groups. Did have a problem trying to log onto yahoo two weeks ago - it kept redirecting me saying account unavailable for 8 days in a row so thought maybe yahoo was down for so long? i changed my passwords from my laptop, and it was fine using my personal pc and logging on for two days then it started again... desktop does seem to kind of "blink" when i open up anything or close another programme but figured maybe it was normal for win98se Ben Hick's wireless mouse - no do not have that? --------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
