hello there.

scanline from foundstone would be able to do exactly what you're looking for
(if i've understood correctly) if used with a batch file and windows
scheduling.  you could set it to scan for the proxy ports you listed on any
number of hosts and have the results sent to a log file.  you can get the
program along with the help file at:
